*Important: If more than one product is created, the advocate will pick the product they are referring in for that the time of referral submission*
To create new Products, click on the 'Add New' button. To edit an existing referral click on the pencil in the action column on the right.
You can also view changes to the referral product over time with the referral history button found in the action column. This is important especially if you change a product to run a promotion (i.e. doubling your referral payout for a specific month). Referrals will earn the reward from your payout setup based on when a referral was submitted. If you changed a product payout for a promo and change it back after the promo, referrals will still earn the promo reward as long as the referral was submitted during that period of time. This can be further viewed after clicking on the Referral history button and then clicking on the number of referrals submitted under that historical product.

- Verified Referrals Amount: The default stage that was covered in referral definitions. Typically, this is a reward for an Advocate sending in a good referral… even if the deal doesn’t close, so there is a small payout to incentivize an Advocate for more referrals. Once the project stages are changed to verified, this will trigger a payout to the Advocate.
- Sold Referrals Amount: The last stage is the biggest payout, as it means the product or service was installed/ completed. Same as verified, once the project stage is switched to sold, this will trigger a payout to the advocate.
- Bonus After (sold referrals): In order to incentivize the advocate to keep sending in referrals, GTR has implemented a bonus option that a company admin can set. For example, if a customer gives you 3 sold deals, it will trigger a bonus payout on top of whatever the referral amount is.
- Bonus Amount: The amount the Advocate will receive on top of the original referral amount, triggered by the Bonus After (sold referrals)
