Customize the Referral Landing Page
On the Fields Setting, there are two forms that should be configured to your company’s liking: Advocate Registration Fields in App Referral Submit Fields in App
Field Settings for your Referral Program
Location: Settings > General Settings > Fields Setting
On the Fields Setting, there are two forms that should be configured to your company’s liking:
- Advocate Registration Fields in App
- Referral Submit Fields in App
Advocate Registration Fields in App:
- This Field section has 4 mandatory fields which cannot be changed.
- Email, First & Last Name, Password
- These are the minimum requirements to register for the application, and cannot be removed
Referral Submit Fields in App:
- The information used when a referral is submitted by a current advocate
- This is sent out when an advocate submits a contact to register for the form
There are two checkmark rows to choose from
The benefit of having extra Fields in the form whether it be visible and mandatory is that it can solidify the Company’s data collection for more exact information on the client.
- Mandatory: Fields that have to be filled out for the form to be submitted
- Visibility: Fields that show on the form, but aren’t required to fill out for the form to be submitted
