Manage App Labels for Referral Payouts

Company Admins can “relabel” the Referral Categories to better match/ align their process.

In 'App Labels, there are fields where Company Admins can change the 5 default names for our referral categories. 


Example of changing referrals default names

  • Unverified Referral = New Lead
  • Working = Attempting to Schedule
  • Verified = Appointment Completed
  •  Sold Lead = Install Completed
  • Closed Lead = Deal Lost.
