How to Send Emails to Contacts
Engage Your Contacts and Drive More Referrals with Email
Once your contacts are uploaded and your templates are customized, you’re ready to start sending referral emails. Referral Boost makes it easy to send messages in bulk or individually, so you can reach exactly who you want.
All referral emails include a personal referral link tied to each contact.
Option 1: Send in Bulk or to Selected Contacts
- Go to the Contacts tab in Referral Boost.
- Click the “Send Email” button at the top of the page.
- From the dropdown, choose one of the following:
- Invitation to New Contacts
- Sends the referral email only to contacts who have not yet received the “Contact Invitation Design” email.
- All Contacts
- Sends to everyone currently visible in the contact list, even if they’ve already received an email before.
- Selected Contacts
- Sends only to contacts you’ve manually selected (checkboxes) in the contact list.
Option 2: Send to an Individual Contact
- In the Contacts tab, find the person you want to email.
- Click the email icon in the Actions column next to their name.
- This opens the email modal for that individual contact.
- Review and send the referral email with their personal referral link.
