How long do I have to use my virtual prepaid Visa?
Once you receive your redemption email/link, you have 6 months to use your USD virtual prepaid Visa or Mastercard.
-
The digital redemption token/link expires after 6 months
-
The card must be used within that same 6-month window
-
The expiration timing starts from the date you receive the redemption link
Important: If the card or redemption link expires, it may no longer be usable.
Where can I find the expiration date?
The expiration timing is tied to when your redemption email/link was issued.
